In my career I am directly responsible for the sale and distribution of over 3 million lbs of cannabis in multiple states and several countries, all with no recalls and zero compliance violations.
As Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships for Los Suenos Farms, the largest legal Cannabis farm in the world, Caddy, from inception helped develop 36 acres of Natural Sun Grown Cannabis along with 50,000 sq. ft of greenhouse and a plant count of 44,000. Caddy is a professional application writer a Serial Entrepreneur and former 3-time dispensary owner and executive with proven track record in constructing & operating large scale, complex Cannabis organizations. Mr. Cadwell Specializes in funding acquisition, leadership development & successful exits strategies for his clients and investors. With Eleven years at the top of the Colorado Cannabis Market, Caddy holds an executive seat on the Florida legalization lobby committee, Florida for Care. Caddy currently manage contracts in Colorado, Florida, Arizona, Oregon, California, Arkansas, Michigan, Kansas, Missouri, Utah, Belize, Canada, Jamaica and Puerto Rico. Caddy has unmatched contacts and resources in the industry that allows for greater success. He has proven successful in building and Marketing MMJ businesses, through organizational leadership, talent development, large-scale change management, and strategic management. Diverse background in MMJ subject matter, dispensary owner, expert speaker, Lobbyist, Board member, compliance specialist, Process Improvement, consultant, media event director, and promotions expert.
Mr. Cadwell and his Business partner own a hemp farm and hemp manufacturing facility so they can expertly help clientele with all hemp needs as well. Since cannabis and hemp are very similar, all of their perfected SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) that they have spent years creating, cross over nicely giving them the ability to produce the best products in the hemp market today.
Prior to the cannabis industry, Caddy was an executive producer of DVD's, Pay-Per-Views and live concerts including winning a Telly Award for Kenny Chesney's "No Shoes No Shirt No Problem" DVD and Pay-Per-View. He has produced over 1000 live shows as well as owning two music venues in Colorado. Caddy has spent the last 15 years traveling to Belize and helped to build and maintain The Kings Children’s Home in Belmopan Belize. This reputable orphanage includes a 50-acre farm with a 20,000 sq. ft. home for local children of difficult circumstances. The home houses up to 98 children and is financed through personal contributions from Mr. Cadwell and donations from many individuals around the world.
